FAQ

  • What if I don’t have insurance or my insurance becomes terminated?

Not to worry! We have an in-house dental membership plan to cover all your preventive
needs. Members receive discounts of 20% off basic and major services and can take
advantage of our flexible financing options to plan and pay for treatment over time.

  • I have two insurance plans. Can I use both?

You sure can! Every dental insurance plan has unique rules regarding the use of two
plans (who will pay first, what services will be covered). Some plans require you to
utilize the full maximum of one before the other begins to make payments. We’ll do all
the research for you and let you know how to best maximize both your dental plans.

  • Is it normal to have to pay out of pocket for dental services?

Yes, unlike medical insurance, dental benefits function like a piggy bank that you
can access annually, and it is not meant to cover all oral healthcare needs. Similar
to an FSA plan, dental insurances offset a portion of the cost of care. Our office will
file all claims and estimate your coverage based on the information your insurance
company provides. In most cases, you will have copayments or will split the cost of
care with your insurance company. For any and all out of pocket costs, our financial
team is highly trained to help

  • Does my dental insurance cover orthodontic treatments?

Many insurance plans do offer some coverage for orthodontic treatments, however the amount of coverage varies by plan. Please contact us for more information about your specific plan.

  • Do I need to pay a deductible before my dental insurance will cover any procedures?

Most insurance plans do require a deductible before they will begin to cover the cost of procedures. The amount of the deductible will vary by plan. Please contact us for more information about your specific plan.
